オフラインの状態でPCからスマホに画像送る方法ある？

回線の調子悪くてPCがネットに繋がらないんだがなんとかしてpcにある画像をスマホに送りたい

pcのosはwindows10でスマホはios

Bluetoothないなら難しいな

USBに画像を入れる→ネットに繋がるPCに画像データ入れる→そこからクラウドで共有

くらいしか思いつかない
