俺は彼らの就職支援する側だったからさ。。。

ちなみに俺の場合、超絶ブラック派遣会社に入って、大手SIerのひ孫受けからはじめた。
その時に武器になったのはQiitaに雑に書いた記事と基本情報だけだったわ
ポートフォリオのWebアプリは開発中だったし。

下請けで仕様をコードにする単純作業しかしてない会社ならともかく、プログラマの「新人育成」なんて不可能
中卒高卒を雇って外科医や公認会計士に育成しろと言っているようなもの

中途採用だとIT以外でもそんな感じじゃね

俺「自力で勉強しました。実務経験ないので御社で」

面接官「あっもういいよ」

まあ、俺がプログラマーになったのは35歳超えてからなんで給料安くていいならやれんこたーない
