大阪・ミナミでの放置自転車の試験的な対策として、大阪市は11月から「リアルタイム撤去」を始めた。見つけ次第、警告→即撤去するものだ。
11月13日午前10時ごろ。中央区西心斎橋で、「条例に基づいて放置自転車等の撤去作業を行います」というアナウンスが流れた。
市職員が歩道で見つけた放置自転車に赤い札を貼っていった。それと同時にガードレールとつないだチェーンを切るなどし、次々とトラックへと運ぶ。
作業中に持ち主が戻ってくると、「ここは禁止エリアだから駐輪場を使って」と一言かけて返却。約10分で、トラックの荷台は自転車15台、電動キックボード1台で満杯になった。

即撤去で問題ない
先ず駅を利用する鉄道会社と
その恩恵に預かってる店舗や商店街に
駐輪場を整備させろよ
商業地域で店舗を構えるなら
建ぺい率100%を止めて
自転車やバイク置き場を併設させろよ
行政としてすべき事はそれが先だろうに
撤去自体は大賛成だな
