NHKは4月から、テレビがあるにもかかわらず、受信料を支払わない世帯に受信料の2倍の「割増金」を請求できるようになります。総務省が、近くNHK受信料規約の改定を認可する方針を固めたためです。

また、これまで曖昧だった受信料契約を結ぶ時期も、「テレビを置いた月の翌々月の末日まで」と具体的に区切ります。これらは、現在8割程度の支払率を、引き上げる狙いがあります。
