サグはほうれん草（すまんがサグ警察はNG）、マトンは羊。つまりほうれん草と羊のカレーや！インド人は牛食べないので羊がメイン。これがほうれん草と絶妙にマッチしてうまい。
これ大好き
ダルカレーというのはレンズ豆のカレーでインドでは一番スタンダード的なインドカレーなんだけど、これにほうれん草が入ることでアクセントがついて深みが出る。
