ちなみにテナントで子供の面倒を見る業種をしてる。大家にはOKを貰って入ったんだけど、これってあんまりうるさいと出ていかないとダメなの？

アパートとか住んでる時点である程度の騒音は覚悟するべきでしょ。大家が許可してるんなら仕様でしょ
