法外な利息の借金は、元本も利息も返済しなくていという法的根拠があったとしても、「ヤミ金から借り逃げするつもりで借金してよい」ということにはなりません。
そもそも「返済する意思が全くないのにお金を借りる」という行為は「詐欺」に該当し、借りた側も犯罪に問われる可能性があります。
