プーチン氏が命じた「動員」１００万人規模か…対象外の大学生にも招集令状

　シベリアのメディアによると、ブリヤート共和国にある人口約５５００人の村では、プーチン大統領が部分的動員を発令したテレビ演説から数時間後の２１日夜、対象者宅の訪問を担当者が始め、翌日午前４時に集合するよう指示した。午前１０時には男性約７００人が、訓練施設に向け出発した。

　極東沿海地方は約７７００人の招集を２４日までに終える予定だ。地方政府の迅速な対応が際立つが、粗さも目立つ。ブリヤートでは、動員対象外のはずの大学生にも招集令状が渡された。南部ボルゴグラード州では、６３歳で糖尿病などの持病も抱える退役軍人が、身体検査を受けずに招集された。

地方では正規の予備役が役所に賄賂を渡す、そうすると役所は適当な奴を代わりに招集する。
そんな感じでしわ寄せが弱者に向かい田舎の学生に招集が。って想像した。
