キーエンスの2022年3月期の平均年間給与は、前の期比約400万円増の2182万円だった。19年3月期（2110万円）を上回り過去最高。
22年3月期の連結営業利益も4180億円と過去最高で、還元を厚くして優秀な人材をひき付ける。
14日までに開示した有価証券報告書で明らかになった。年間給与は、連結営業利益の一定割合を毎月や四半期ごとに還元する「業績賞与」の占める割合が大きいとされる。
