冬休みでほとんどの生徒が帰省し、学園はひっそりとする。オカルトを研究している高寺たちは、サイコショッカーの精霊を呼び出そうとする。
高寺の話では、その後、サイコショッカーらしき者が現れて、高寺を生け贄にすべく狙っていると言う。
十代は、消えた高寺を追って、まだ不完全な体のサイコショッカーの精霊とデュエルする。
十代ＶＳサイコショッカーの決闘。サイコの永続魔法「エクトプラズマー」により、次々と十代のライフが削られる…そして、ついにサイコがデュエルでも召喚される。
