めちゃくちゃな部署やったからね〓
焼け野原にしてやったわ〓
ワイ1年前にこの部署に来たんやが仕事について一切教えないタイプの上司やったんや
んで責任追求ばっかしてくるから弁護士使ってパワハラ指摘したら休んだ
で、ワイもうココ居たくないから社内で色々動いて異動決めたのよ
それでワイの仕事を引き継ぐことになったんやが、ここ1年より前の資料とかが一切ないことに先輩がブチギレ
なんかめちゃくちゃ詰められたらか「そういう態度が嫌だから私は異動するんですよ」って言ったら今月頭から休みがちになった
資料がないのはイッチが悪いやん
ワイが居たのここ1年やもん
それ以前のファイル類はなんか前任者が持ち去ってる
前任者もおかしいんや引き継ぎしないし問合せも無視するし
我ながらよく1年やってきたよ
