月末に急に残業申請時間が0進行になるのは笑っちゃうわ
非効率で無能な企業や社員が多いから当たり前になってるけど
正解のある単純作業で誰でもできる仕事ばかりじゃないからな
人手も足りないのは事実だけどこだわれるならこだわりたいってことで残業してる人もいる
