お笑いコンビ「EXIT」の兼近大樹（34）が、12日深夜放送のテレビ朝日系「見取り図じゃん」（木曜深夜0・15）に出演。カラオケの選曲についての持論を語った。
同番組では、コンプライアンスが厳しい昨今、普段言えないことを謙虚に打ち明ける人気企画「小さい声なら言える会」を実施。兼近の他、「たくろう」「エバース」の両コンビ、「レインボー」のジャンボたかお、「さや香」新山、お笑い芸人の岡野陽一が集結した。
そこで兼近は「カラオケで、若い子の間で流行ってる曲を若い子に歌ってる人、ダサすぎませんか」と提言。「見取り図」盛山晋太郎が「オジなのに迎合してる？」と確認すると、「絶対にその歌詞、そのおじさんには刺さるわけないんです」と説明した。
そして「君が歌ってるMrs. GREEN APPLEのその歌詞、それ10代に刺さる歌詞です」とキッパリ。「それをうまく歌おうとしてるおじさん、気持ち悪すぎません？」とぶっちゃけた。
しかし自身も「やっちゃってた時期がある」と告白。「34歳で例えばマカロニえんぴつとか」と例に挙げ、「いい曲ですし、僕も好きなんですけど、カラオケで気持ちを込めて歌えるわけないじゃん」と切り捨てた。
とはいえ「めちゃめちゃ好きで、めちゃめちゃ刺さってて歌う分には全然OK」とも。「ただそうじゃない、そんなわけない人が歌うのが嫌なんです」と語っていた。
