控えてても92万台未払いと照会するの大変そう…。
10人ぐらい捕まえてニュースで流せばみんな払うやろな
ただ電話も混みまくって処理が大変な事になりそう

前にETC機器の不調で突破した時は電話したらナンバー照会して確認してくれたで
出口のインターに連絡してもらったからそこでカード渡して支払い処理した
事故渋滞や自然災害は仕方ないけど
払いに来いだと駄目だよ
