小学校低学年の男子児童が浜松市中央区のバス停でバスから降りようとしたところ、遠州鉄道のICカード「ナイスパスカード」の残高が不足していました。
このバスを運行していた40代の男性運転手が注意をしたところ児童が下を向いたため、
男性運転手は児童の顎を触り「こっちを向いて」と顔を上げさせたうえ、強い口調で謝罪と両親への報告を求めたということです。
バスを降りた児童は本来、別のバスに乗り継ぐ予定でしたが、離れた自宅まで約2時間ほど徒歩で帰ったとみられています。
