東京商工リサーチによりますと、2024年1月から7月の間に、人手不足が影響して倒産した企業が38件で、前の年の同じ時期に比べて2.5倍に急増しました。
産業別では、サービス業や建設業が多く内訳として「従業員退職」と「求人難」の増加が顕著で、人材流出と人材確保が経営に深刻な影響を及ぼしているということです。
