　カナダの現地メディアなど外信によると、先月24日にカナダのトロントで行われたセネカ・カレッジとセンテニアル・カレッジによる女子バレーボールの試合に、生物学的に男性として生まれたトランスジェンダー選手5人が出場したとのことだ。

セネカ・カレッジからは3人、センテニアル・カレッジからは2人のトランスジェンダー選手が出場したという。
　試合の映像を見ると、トランスジェンダー選手5人が試合を主導し、特にサーブとスパイクで目を見張る活躍をした。
