ことしの春闘は23日から事実上スタートしましたが、賃上げの動きがどこまで広がるかが焦点です。都内の信用金庫が、取り引き先の中小企業700社余りに聞き取り調査を行ったところ、「賃上げの予定がない」と回答したのは70％余りに上ったことがわかりました。
この調査は、東京や神奈川に85の店舗がある「城南信用金庫」が今月10日から13日にかけて、取り引きがある中小企業738社を、担当者が直接訪問して聞き取りました。
それによりますと、今後の賃上げの予定をたずねたところ、
▽「賃上げの予定がない」と回答したのは537社、率にして72.8％に上りました。
中小企業からは、
「業績が改善されず、見通しも立てづらい」
「仕入れ部品の価格の高騰が著しい」
などという声が聞かれたということです。
また、
▽「賃上げをする予定」だと回答した企業は198社、26.8％でした。
この企業に対して、賃上げ率の見通しを尋ねたところ、
▽1％台が35.4％と、最も多く、
次いで
▽2％台が27.8％
▽3％台が13.6％
などとなりました。
調査を行った「城南信用金庫」は「サプライチェーンの末端にある中小企業が物価上昇によるコストの増加分を価格に転嫁することが難しいことが、賃上げにつながらない要因となっている」と分析しています。
