起訴状などによりますと札幌市の無職、空さくら被告（２５）は、北海道札幌工業高校の環境整備員だった去年１２月１６日土曜の午後、ＳＮＳで知り合った県内の当時１５歳の女子中学生と長崎市内で落ち合い、レンタルスペースでみだらな行為に及びました。
翌１７日（日）には親権者に無断で新幹線や航空機などを使って札幌の自宅まで連れ帰り、二晩寝泊まりさせるなどした未成年者誘拐と不同意性交等の罪に問われています。
初公判で空被告は「間違いありません」と双方の起訴内容を認めました。
被告人質問では「当時、被害者とは交際していた。性行為は違法と知っていたが、それでも相手に触れたかった」「愛の証明にもなると思った」と述べました。
