松屋が生パスタ専門店オープン 「麦のトリコ」神奈川・川崎に1号店
牛丼チェーンの「松屋」を展開する松屋フーズが、女性の層を取り込むため、パスタの専門店をオープンする。
牛丼以外にも、とんかつやステーキなど多くの事業を展開してきた松屋フーズは、創業以来初めてとなる生パスタ専門店「麦のトリコ」の
1号店を、神奈川・川崎市に31日からオープンする。
今回のパスタ事業への出店で、若い女性の層をターゲットに、松屋の牛丼などの店舗が出店している場所でも競合せずに出店でき、
より多くの顧客を取り込みたい狙い。
店内のほぼ半分をカウンター席にしたり、1席の感覚を広めに取ることで、女性1人でも利用しやすい工夫をしているという。
パスタを店内で製麺するほか、松屋フーズの持つソース作りのノウハウを最大限に生かしているとしている。

例えばぎょーすーのパスタとママーポポロ等のパスタ食べ比べてみ？後者の方が断然うまいぞ？ それを随時買えるならパスタ屋なんか行かなくていい
生パスタは又別物だけど

ギョースー以上ママー以下の品質のを取り寄せてやってると思う
決めてであるソースとニンニクの利かせ方で乾麺の質はある程度誤魔化せる

精々洋食屋レベルだな許されるのは
カレー屋ととんかつ屋もやってるね。
とんかつ屋は金沢からは撤退した。
カレー屋とかトンカツは松屋との併用店舗があるね
