で、実家は車が3台分くらい止まれる広さがある
無料の駐車場一台は当たり前だな
ファミリー向けなら二台無料もある

千葉の田舎にある車屋見にいった時に駐車場代毎月1.5万するみたいな話したら「こっちなら一年停められますよ！」って言ってたのマジだったんだな
それ全部専用の車庫があってそれでも敷地余ってんだから都民からしたらびっくりだろ

今、東京の台東区住んでるけど、マンションの入居者専用月極駐車場（幅2.5×奥行き5m）は28,000円だ
そもそも空いてないけど
舗装してない部分含めたらあと2台は行けるかな
