逆に勉強を体系的に学んできた人はどちらもできる

暗記メインで勉強ができる人が臨機応変さを求められる仕事に対応できないときにスレタイのような評価をされる

暗記といえど上を目指すなら頻出問題の傾向を想定するとか予め状況を想定する能力が必要

仕事って大抵送ってくる側受け取る側の動き予測しながら動くから、本当に勉強できるやつならその関係者のパターンも学習して対応できるようになってく筈だよ
それができないのは単なる予備校スタイルの受け身馬鹿
