横浜は五番街は汚いしヨドバシはガチの昭和だしもうだめだ

昔からの街は再開発が難しい
利権屋らあるし
だから何も無いド田舎を発展させる方が楽
だから、横浜も駅近辺やなくて少し離れたところを発展させたんやぞ
