「悪意ある者」がロシアの不安定化を画策＝プーチン大統領
[２日 ロイター] – ロシアのプーチン大統領は２日、特定の「悪意ある者」がロシアの不安定化工作を強めているとし、閣僚に対し「いかなる状況下でも」これを許さないよう呼びかけた。
プーチン氏は、連邦安全保障会議が１９０の民族間の関係に関する「極めて重要な」問題の文脈の中で安全保障の確保について議論すると述べた。
プーチン氏は西側からの脅威に対しロシアが団結するよう繰り返し呼びかけているが、恣意的に軍の部分動員の対象にされていると感じる民族からは反発の声が上がっていた。
