　東京都八王子市で４月、外階段が崩れ住人の女性が転落死したアパートを施工した「則武地所」が、
横浜地裁相模原支部に自己破産を申請したことが１４日、分かった。不動産部門で販売低迷が
続いていたのに加え、事故で警視庁の家宅捜索を受け、事業継続を断念したとみられる。

　帝国データバンクによると、負債総額は昨年４月期末時点で約４億円。平成１２年に創業し、
主にワンルーム用の３階建て共同住宅を受注してきた。近年は業績が悪化し、下請け会社への支払いや
給与給付も滞ることがあったという。

　事故は今年４月１７日に発生。外階段が崩れ、上っていた女性（５８）が転落、５日後に死亡した。
