【NEWSIS】2018年12月20日、東海で北朝鮮漁船を捜索中だった韓国海軍の駆逐艦「広開土王」が周辺
を飛行していた日本の海上自衛隊所属P1哨戒機に対し「武力使用を想定した射撃レーダーの照準を合
わせた」と日本側が主張し抗議している問題について、韓国国防部は17日、「韓日双方に見解の違いが
ある」との立場を示した。
国防部のムン・ホンシク副報道官は同日午前の定例ブリーフィングで、「当時、韓国軍のレーダー照射は
なかったという立場を改めて申し上げる」と述べた。
ムン副報道官は「ただ今後の韓日関係の推移を見ながら国防当局間の協議を通じて議論が必要な事案」
と付け加えた。
レーダー照射問題について、浜田靖一防衛相は16日の記者会見で「両国の防衛協力・交流に影響を及ぼ
している」と語った。
また、海上自衛隊トップの酒井良海上幕僚長も「ボールは韓国側にあると認識している。今後、韓国側から
整理された回答があると認識している」とし、韓国軍に過ちがあるような言及をしていた。
