図書館はネットに利用に関していろいろかいてある。勉強ダメなところもあれば、限られたスペースでならOKなところとかいろいろあるから、それぞれの方針に従う。
カフェは知らんが、勉強禁止の注意書きがないのと、店員さんに注意されたら辞めればええ。輩が出たら行かなきゃええ。

YouTubeで、九大卒かなんかで10年以上公認会計士受けてるけど受からん人おったぞ。で、その人税理士に切り替えて税理士なら受かったらしい
