【ベルリン時事】英国防省は１６日のウクライナの戦況報告で、ロシア軍の「人員確保はますます厳しくなっている」
との分析を示した。民間軍事会社「ワグネル」が前線での戦闘のため受刑者を募集しているとされる映像が出回っているほか、
士官学校も士官を早期に作戦に投入するため、卒業までの課程を短縮しているという。
映像では、ワグネルに資金提供をしているとされるエブゲニー・プリゴジン氏とみられる人物が、刑務所で「突撃部隊」への
参加を呼び掛ける様子が記録されている。英国防省は、こうした動向は歩兵と若手士官の不足の深刻化を示唆していると説明した。
