ため口キャラでブレークした水沢アリーが２８日、フジテレビ系「ポップＵＰ！」にＶＴＲで登場。整形を「アップデート」と呼び、何度も整形していることを公言しているが、最初に整形したのは１４歳だったと明かした。
水沢は今年５月にも「ポップＵＰ！」に出演し、“アップデート”を赤裸々告白していたが、この日も一番最初は１４歳のまぶたの整形だったと公表。「それからずっとしてきてる。自分の人生には欠かせない」とキッパリ。
その後も数え切れないほどの整形を重ね「トータル（費用）は多すぎで把握してない。本当に言えない。計算したことがない」とあっけらかんだ。
水沢は整形をすることで外見だけではなく、内面も変わると主張。「自分で認めると自己肯定感も上がり、自信を持てたので心のアップデートが大事。自分らしさみたいなものを自分で認めて、自分が好きって思うことに全力を向けて欲しい」とも訴えた。
そんな水沢の理想型はなんなのか。水沢は「よく聞かれるが、アップル社の社長にｉＰｈｏｎｅの最終形状を聞いているのと同じ。時代に合わせて変えているから、その時の時代に合った外見ではいたい」と話していた。
