長野の山奥で江戸前寿司出してる店があったときは驚いた

山にも魚はいるよ

冷凍できるからね

淡水魚で刺身というか生で食べるのって鯉とか鱒くらい？

長野の日本で一番海から遠いあたりで海魚が出てきて、「あーあ…がっかりだわ」と思ったらめちゃくちゃ美味くて「失礼ですがお魚がすごく美味しくて驚きました」と女将に聞いたら「朝3時に毎日新潟の漁港まで行って仕入れてる。遠くて大変だからこそ出す価値がある」みたいな返答があって感動した事がある

もちろん鯉など地元の食材もでつつだよ
