元迷惑系ＹｏｕＴｕｂｅｒへずまりゅうが２８日付でツイッターに投稿。「株式会社ＨＥＺＵＭＡ」を立ち上げて実業家を目指すとし、１００万円出資の募集を告知した。
へずまりゅうは１６日付投稿で、自身の知名度をアピールし、月収１００万円などの条件で採用する企業を募集。「５社」から
連絡があったとしていたが、２５日付で「当初は５社から月収１００万円払うと言われてたけど４社に詐欺られた」とツイートしていた。
新たに今回は「【募集】金がない奴は俺が雇ってやる」として条件を提示。
（１）俺にまず１００万円出資する
（２）毎月の利益は折半
（３）追加投資は無し
（４）倒産したら責任は全て俺が持つ
（５）社名は株式会社ＨＥＺＵＭＡ
「あくまで最初の投資だけだし俺は自分の知名度を使って間違いなく成功させる」と記している。
別投稿では「因みに俺は執行猶予中だから詐欺は絶対にしない。普段から弁護士が間に入って決め事してるからそこら辺は安心していいよ」とつづった。
「何で自分でやらないのか？俺はこれから実業家になるし億を稼ぐ男だ。最初の起業ぐらい貧乏人にチャンスをあげてもいいじゃないか」としている。
