憲法記念日の3日、長野県松本市では憲法9条に基づく平和主義を掲げる市民団体が講演会を開きました。
講演会は、中信地区で活動する「本気でとめる戦争!中信市民連合」が開いたもので、およそ120人が参加しました。
この中で、防衛省を長年取材している共同通信社専任編集委員の石井暁（いしい・ぎょう）さんが、「『戦争ができる国』から『戦争をする国へ』」をテーマに政府の防衛政策の転換について解説しました。
市民団体の代表は「戦後の分水嶺に差し掛かっている今、立憲主義を守ることの重要性を確認する日にしたい」と話していました。
市民団体は午後からは松本駅前で、平和を考える市民のつどいを開きます。
