93歳男性「救急でお世話になった。救急車を寄付したい」市「1台3000万円ですけど…」

この時は3台を寄贈し、金額は今回と同じく1台につき3000万円。
金額と台数は最後まで美代子さんには言えませんでした。

当時、救急車の寄贈が地元紙で紹介されると、見知らぬ女性から
「ありがとうございます」と声を掛けられたことも。
思わぬ反響に驚きつつもうれしさを実感しました。

今回は北広島市にも高規格救急車2台を寄贈。
納車は1台が今秋、もう1台は2022年の予定です。
岩橋さんがこれまでに贈った救急車7台の総額は約2億1400万円にのぼりますが、
いま贈りたい理由があると言います。

「新型コロナの影響で救急車の消毒にすごく時間がかかると聞く。
みなさんに喜んでもらえたらうれしい」

おじいさんが贈ったのは救急車の中でもハイクラスの高規格救急車

＞「高規格救急車」とは、救急救命士がおこなう救命処置に必要な資器材を載せ、
＞気管挿管や薬剤投与などの特定行為をするスペースが十分に確保された車両のこと。

＞応急処置をして搬送するだけでなく、医療機関に到着するまでの間に救命行為ができる車両です。
