最悪庁舎を開けなくてもいいから書類が出せるようにしとけとは思う
ネットでダウンロードした書類に必要事項書いて役所のポストに入れておけば月曜に処理してくれるとかそんな感じで
マイナンバーみたいにデジタル化がすすんでいるのにいつまでも紙の書類が必要なのもナンセンスだがそれば別の話
それを許容できるのならいいんじゃない
