入れるなら大企業がいい
特に人間関係に繊細だったりメンタルとかコミュ力でがっつけないタイプこそ大企業向き
中小だと追い詰められたら退職しかないけど、大きい組織なら休養も取れるし配置転換だって可能だよ
子供だって行き詰まれば欠席や転校って手段があるだろ
大企業はそれと同じようなシステムが作られてる
