食費も栄養無視してコスパ重視で1.5万に抑え込む
重度の鬱病とADHDを始めとるする持病があるが、満足な薬をもらうには2万円ほど掛かるものの足が出るのでかなり削って処方してもらってる
野菜取れてないので、月3500円のスマホを解約することも検討中
ギャンブルや娯楽にお金は掛けず、強いて言えばYouTube見る時に使う電気代が遊び代
これで月に5000円余ればええ方

初めて一人暮らしした時はまさに月収18万くらいで家賃8.5万だったけど別に金がなくて困った思い出はない
健康で薬代とかはかからなかったけど
ごはんもそんなに自炊せず服とかも安物だけど普通に買ってたし
