コンプレックスや。
毎日お風呂で洗顔してる
もしかして日に2回洗顔したほうがいい?
あとクレンジングオイルで角質たまってる感じしたらマッサージしてる。毎回風呂のあとしたほうがいい?
あと洗顔の後はオールインワンの大豆の製品のやつ使ってる

シャワーじゃなくて普通に入浴かサウナに毎日入るのがええぞ。

自分も写真みたいな感じ立ったけど毎日入浴して汗なかしてたら目立たなくなった。
