私有地は駄目なのはもちろん、国有地でも許可取らなきゃ採ったら罰則ありの犯罪らしい。
団塊世代が山菜採り好きだけどちゃんと指摘しないと捕まるよ。

ガチ田舎の地元住民ジジババはどこが誰の山か把握しとるから、自分ちの山か採ってええで言われとる親戚や友人の山にしか手出さないぞ
出荷用に山菜育ててる山もあるからそんなとこで勝手に採ったら果物窃盗団と変わらんからな
