ロシア政府は、「非友好国」企業が同国から撤退する際、資産売却額の少なくとも１０％をロシア政府予算に寄付することを義務付けた。
財務省のウェブサイトに２７日に掲載された文書で明らかになった。
これによると、外国投資を監視する政府委員会は、ロシアに制裁を科す「非友好国」企業の資産売却に関する要件を変更。
従来は売却額の１０％をすぐに寄付するか、１─２年間の分割払いにするかを選べたが、分割払いは選択できなくなった。
