教育ムズいよな
多分年齢重ねれば重ねるほど難しいくなってくるぞ

やってみせ、言って聞かせて、させてみせ、ほめてやらねば、人は動かじ

ほんと部下できたばっかのときは俺は絶対にパワハラなんてしないと思ってたのになぁ

教える→理解されない→怒る→辞める

何故こんなにも簡単なコトが分からないんやろねw

俺の教育がかりめちゃくちゃ
優しく教えてくれるし褒めてくれる
そのおかげでのびのび好き放題やってるけど
期限指定されてない仕事を先延ばししまくって
興味ある内容を優先してるから
最近呆れられつつある気がしてる

飲み込みが悪いのではなく教え方が…

主体性のない子だってのは分かってたから手取り足取り教えて、仕事の結果も全部見てフィードバックして
具体的な方針とかマインドなところとかも共有してるけど
何も学んでないような感じで、まじやるせない
