【悲報】引っ越しのサカイの基本給6万円

引っ越し大手「サカイ引越センター」の社員らが、賃金の大半が「出来高払い」なのは不当だとして、会社に制度の改善を求めている。出来高払いだと毎月の賃金の変動が大きくなるうえ、残業代の割増率が低いため、長時間働いても賃金総額が抑えられる仕組みだと主張している。

　同社の労働組合と弁護士が10日に会見を開いた。それによると、荷物を運ぶ作業員やドライバーら「現業職」の基本給（固定給）は月6万円ほど。それに加えて、扱った引っ越し件数などに応じた業績給が出来高払いで支払われるという。
