［深層ＮＥＷＳ］ロシア軍「指令行き届かず、かなり厳しい状況」…廣瀬陽子・慶大教授が分析

　慶応大の廣瀬陽子教授と防衛研究所の高橋杉雄防衛政策研究室長が１５日、ＢＳ日テレの「深層ＮＥＷＳ」に出演し、ロシアのウクライナ侵略について議論した。

　廣瀬氏は、露軍で司令官や将校の解任が相次ぎ、部隊の多くを短期契約の志願兵が占めると指摘されていることについて、「上からの指令があまり行き届かず、それを受ける下の兵士も練度が低い。かなり厳しい状況ではないか」と分析。高橋氏は今後について、ウクライナ側による「（南部）ヘルソンでの反攻が露軍にどう損害を与えるかがポイントだ」と指摘した。
