英語の授業やるの遅すぎるせいだと思う
幼稚園から英語を教えるオランダは国民の98%がネイティブレベルで英語喋れる
日本もそうするべきでは？

外人が日本へ来るというなら、普通当該国の言語を覚えてゆくのが当たり前だよね？日本人が不必要に英語覚えなくとも問題無いじゃん？
