底辺業の昇給は時給換算で最低賃金以下になったら上げるって意味でしかないで

弊社は毎年の昇給1%も無いで
ボーナスも基本給算定やろうし伸びなそう
日勤 09：30～18：30
遅番 11：00～20：00
夜勤 17：00～10：00
※休憩時間は60分、夜勤時は120分です。
