ウサギが美味いなんてあくまでもジビエの中ではマシって意味やぞ
小型で何処でもさばける（ここが最重要）から必然的に家畜に近い処理が出来るのも有る
要するに野性の畜生の割には臭味が少なく味が濃い

あくまでも「ジビエの割に」だからな　家畜家禽と比べたらただのゲテモノやが

日本は野うさぎがいないじゃん
欧米なんかは普通にいるし、それを追う犬までいるし
いないから食う文化も無い
