Appleが韓国メーカーとの自走EV車生産計画に関する交渉を停止＝ブルームバーグ

米Apple社は韓国の起亜自動車、および現代自動車と電気自動車（EV）の開発に関する議論を停止した。ブルームバーグ通信が消息筋による証言をもとに報じた。

先にCNBCテレビは消息筋情報として、Applが自動運転EV車の米国での生産について韓国の現代自動車と起亜自動車と行ってきた合意作業が終盤に差し掛かっていると報じていた。

生産は起亜自動車が米ジョージア州ウェストポイント市に持つ工場で開始される可能性があるとされていた。

一方、ブルームバーグはこの共同開発計画について、議論が停止したと報じている。その理由については報じられていない。

一方、ブルームバーグの消息筋によると、Apple社は同様の交渉を別の自動車メーカーとも進めているという。
