昨日面談呼び出されて、賞与面談のはずが俺が他社員に呼びかけて仕事のバランス崩してるみたいな説教を長々食らった

上長「この前の(複数人でやる)仕事、委員会あるからって前倒し(勤務時間内)してやったよね？」
俺「はい」
上長「なんで？」
俺「え？そう申し送り受けたからやりましたけど…」

俺「15時にやるからってことで他エリアか、申し送り受けたのでやりましたけど…」(当日勤務は7-16)
上長「はぁ…あのさぁ嘘ついてもわかるよ？」
俺「？」
