男性の勤める会社では、飲み会時、負担金額が男女で2倍以上も異なるというのだ。
■ 「女性4000円、男性6000円」と男女の差を減らそうとしたこともあったが…
男性は、ジェンダーギャップに関する不満をこう明かした。
「よくある話なのかもしれませんが、我が社は飲み会の際に女性より男性の方が多く会費を払わなければならないというルールがあります。例えば飲み食べ放題5000円のプランなら女性は3000円、男性は7000円という会費を取られます」
