鶏肉の消費量、10年前に豚逆転　ムネ肉人気がけん引

日本ではどの肉が最も多く食べられているのか。1位は長年豚肉だったが、
この10年ほどで鶏肉が豚を抜き、その差を少しずつ広げている。鶏肉人気の理由を探った。

農林水産省の食料需給表によると、牛・豚・鶏を足した「肉」の1人当たり消費量は、この30年で3割増、さらに遡った1960年度と比べると10倍に増えた。
豚と鶏はほぼ一貫して増加。鶏肉は30年で5割増になった。
