サークル飲み会の一気飲みで死亡、学生の母親が同志社大側を提訴　京都地裁

同志社大の男子学生＝当時（19）＝がサークルの飲み会で上級生らから酒を一気飲みさせられて死亡したとして、
学生の母親が25日までに、大学を運営する法人を相手取り、1千万円の損害賠償を求める訴えを京都地裁に起こした。

訴状によると、学生は2015年4月に同大に入学し、大学公認サークルに所属。16年2月に兵庫県内のホテルで
行われたサークルの春合宿で缶ビール1本や焼酎のストレートを紙コップで4～5杯以上一気飲みさせられた。
その後、仲間らがトイレで倒れている学生を見つけて部屋に運んだが、口から泡を吹き大きないびきをかいている
にもかかわらず119番しなかった。翌朝、呼吸をしていないことに仲間らが気付いたが、急性アルコール中毒の
ため搬送先の病院で死亡が確認されたとしている。
